Unused
Undamaged
In their original, resaleable packaging
Please ensure the original packaging is not ripped or torn. Returns will not be accepted if the packaging is damaged.
If your item is:
Received damaged
Defective
Sent in error
Please return it to us and we will replace it or resolve the issue. Items must be returned in a resaleable condition. If the packaging is defaced or damaged, we may refuse the return or charge for replacement packaging.
All returned items will be inspected. If no fault is found, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the product and recover delivery costs.
If you change your mind or wish to exchange an item:
Return it within 30 days of ordering
Item must be unused and in its original packaging
Returns received after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund
Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order, you will need to arrange a return.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 days of receiving your returned goods.
All bikes come with a 6-month manufacturer warranty, covering manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:
Wear and tear (tyres, chains, cables, etc.)
Damage due to improper use, storage, or assembly
Excessive water damage
Modification or commercial use (e.g. rentals)
This is a parts-only warranty. Labour is not included. If repair is needed, the item must be returned (at customer’s cost) to us or in the case of a Revvi, an authorised Revvi dealer.
Keep your original packaging in case a return is required.
Extended warranties (if purchased) must be honoured by the seller, not Revvi.
Please include your invoice and return slip with the item. Returns without these may delay processing.
